Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We have a range of delivery options for either ecomomy or speed.
These are based on size and weight of the order as well as the delivery location.
Prices quoted for international delivery are not valid for offshore or remote locations.
For larger orders or remote locations please contact us for a shipping quote.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
If the online shipping price is displayed as £999 please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before noon are usually dispatched same working day.
If the only available delivery method is up to 10 working days, this indicates the stand is made to order, we will ship as soon as possible.

With online orders we do not see or hold your credit card information at all.
During the checkout procedure you will be directed to SAGE PAY our trusted 3rd party supplier.

Returns Policy
Good can be returned for any reason whatsoever within 7 working days of receipt for a no quibble refund of purchase price and delivery cost. The cost of returning is at the buyers expense.
