Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
Standard UK delivery is up to £5.95 for UK deliveries (excluding the channel islands).
UK mainland priority delivery is £7.25 and is available for mainland UK locations only.
European locations are charged based on items and locations.
We're unable to ship to offshore island in Europe or shipping rates relate only to mainland locations.

Delivery Schedule
Some of our stands are held in stock, others are made to order.
The description includes and indication of dispatch times.
Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days for mainland deliveries and 3-5 days for offshore deliveries. This is in addition to the dispatch times indicated in the item description.
Priority UK delivery is available for mainland deliveries only and is a 1-2 day service. This is in addition to the dispatch times indicated in the item description.

Credit card transactions are processed through the web site of our trusted 3rd party supplier PROTX the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK.

Returns Policy
Good can be returned for any reason whatsoever within 10 working days of receipt for a no quibble refund of purchase price and delivery cost. The cost of returning is at the buyers expense.
