You may be able to fit a grid of three by three rows on a wall for storing leaflets, but in the same space square as you can fit those, you can fit a floor stand. This is an important element of your final decision, because if you’re suffering from a LACK of space, a floor standing display in one corner of your floor space may create the best option for storage.
Portability questions There is also often a question of portability with floor standing brochure racks, but in many cases, these are light and easy to transport making them ideal for projects or venues that require floor standing products. These can include floor stands used at conventions and social events. It’s important to be sure that these products are able to withstand being moved, even if they regularly reside in a static area of your offices or shop on most occasions. In the cases of questions of security or balance, or damage to these products if they are moved, you should consider having a different, possibly lighter product to take with you. Light wire basket style or plastic style products are often the best choices in these circumstances. Whether you’re looking at these light products for conventions or other mobile projects or because you don’t constantly use them, you should always consider first and foremost after safety, is storage.
